Starting therapy is a big step, and finding the right fit can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make that process a little easier and create a space where you feel understood and supported. Many of my clients come to therapy ready to make changes and let go of patterns that no longer serve them. As an EMDR therapist, I’ve helped people find relief from anxiety, depression, anger, and substance use so that they can feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of their lives. I am passionate about supporting first responders, veterans, and women who have experienced trauma.
