About
***I HAVE CURRENT OPENINGS. I AM DOING TELEHEALTH AND IN PERSON SESSIONS*** Have you found yourself stressed or emotional and the coping skills that always worked before just seem to fall short? Do you want a safe and nonjudgmental space to be able to talk through that thing that makes you feel stuck? I believe that we all have the capacity to change and that we want more than anything to live authentically. We are able to access our own wisdom and truth when we feel safe and heard by someone who honors all of who we are. I would love to provide that space and presence for you to share, grow, and heal.
I have an MSW and am currently active in supervision and working towards licensure in clinical social work. I have a history of working in substance abuse treatment and providing MI, CBT, and DBT treatment modalities. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, shame, lack of coping skills, emotional dysregulation, stress, trauma, and mental illness.
At Ancora, we believe that you don’t have to have anything wrong with you in order to talk to someone. We all need a place that we can share what is really happening inside us and our life experience especially when things are more challenging than normal. I accept only private pay clients to allow flexibility in terms of treatment length and duration.
