Hi there! I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered while building healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in themselves and their ability to create meaningful change. During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy.
I’ll provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any challenges you may be facing. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the therapeutic process and the work we can do together.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine, trusting connections with clients while creating a calm and supportive environment where they feel safe being themselves.
