Amanda Mahony Albanese (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health specialized in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, substance use disorders and LGBTQI+ issues. Amanda is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), having received her 300 hour in 2017 from Sadhana Yoga in New York and her 200 hour in 2015 from Burlington Yoga in Vermont.
In her clinical work, Amanda is well versed in both traditional therapeutic techniques as well as creative modalities like play therapy, inner child work, role play, and guided imagery.
