As a New York state-based counselor, member of the LGBTQ+ community, and racial justice ally, I take an anti-oppressive, sex/kink/ENM-affirming, faith/spirituality-welcoming, Health At Every Size (HAES), disability justice, and survivor-friendly stance towards counseling. If you’re looking to deepen your relationship with yourself and others, rebuild and strengthen narratives, process experiences, learn or refine coping skills, and/or develop a collaborative and supportive therapeutic alliance, I’m eager to be a part of that journey with you. I work with New York state-based individuals of all ages.

I provide services that weave together experience, client needs, and evidence-based skills and practices. Some modalities that I commonly use include Narrative Therapy, Inner Child Work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The throughline of all my work is being person-centered and affirming.

My mission is to use the therapeutic relationship as a way to build connection, strengthen interpersonal skills, and identify dynamics at play in 1 on 1 settings. I am eager to get to know my clients well and to work towards inner connection and self-compassion, as opposed to correction and "fixing" oneself.
