I work with a variety of clients that are trying to cope with the stressors of their everyday live. I have a passion for helping others and working collaboratively towards goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with teens and adults utilizing evidence-based modalities to assist client’s to address their specific needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem.
I know that at times it is difficult to take the first step to seek out help. My primary goal is to provide a safe, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to open up and process their feelings.
