I’m Amanda Senske, MS, LPC, NCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at Holy Family University. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with who they truly are.
I provide virtual therapy to adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and coping skills. My approach is personalized and collaborative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), & SFBT to meet your needs.
