Hi, I'm Amanda. As a counselor, I want to help my clients overcome all types of life struggles such as trauma, depression, grief, or anxiety. I firmly believe that when people learn to acknowledge, understand, challenge, and replace thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs, they are better able to experience positive change in their lives.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
