Are you juggling a lot and somehow still trying to take care of yourself in the middle of it all? It’s no surprise that sometimes life starts to feel overwhelming. Much of my work has centered around supporting women as they navigate the complexities of adulthood. Balancing careers, relationships, friendships, motherhood, parenting, marriage, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. These seasons can feel isolating and exhausting, and you don’t have to move through them alone. I provide virtual therapy for clients located in both New Jersey and Florida.
My approach is casual, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013 and have worked in the field for over 15 years. While I bring clinical expertise to our work, I’m also just a person. A wife, a mom to three boys, and someone navigating the chaos and beauty of life right alongside you.
Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Exhausted, overwhelmed, emotional, makeup-free in yesterday’s T-shirt, with a little one nearby. Real life is welcome here.
