Even when life looks put-together, something underneath can feel off — like you’re moving through the world on autopilot, managing it all but feeling far from yourself. I work with thoughtful, capable adults who are ready to slow down and listen to what their anxiety, exhaustion, disconnection — or even dreams — might be trying to say. Together, we’ll explore the characters that shape your inner world and begin translating the language of your body and unconscious into insight, choice, and meaningful change.
I’m passionate about helping people understand how the emotional legacies of their families may still live on in their present — shaping relationships, identity, and self-worth. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy for adults 18+, blending insight-based exploration (how you relate to yourself and others) with practical tools when needed.
Therapy is about having new experiences in a relationship where you feel seen, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. I aim to be present, curious, and collaborative as we explore what you need and where you want to grow. Reach out for a free consultation to talk more about what you're looking for. I'm excited to hear from you.

Paradoxical Truths: Mixed Gender Process Group
This in-person weekly group is for adults who feel like something is missing from their relationships and want to understand their patterns in real time. Many group members are highly sensitive or neurodivergent and are working on setting boundaries, expressing needs, and building more authentic connections. The group is supportive, reflective, and gently challenging, with space for humor and depth. You’ll gain insight into how you relate to others—and have the chance to try something new. Group can be a powerful stand-alone experience or complement individual therapy. Currently accepting new members.
