Often times the first step to feeling better is simply the act of being heard and feeling truly understood. I have found continual reward in helping people navigate the most challenging and stressful times of their lives. I strongly believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship directly effects an individual’s healing process, thus my primary goal is focused on developing and maintaining a safe, open, empathetic and trusting dynamic with each client I work with. I establish this with honesty and transparency, by remaining authentic to my own natural counseling style and through genuine, meaningful interactions.

My therapeutic style is active, direct and non-judgmental, while my approach is uniquely tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. I help clients address and effectively navigate barriers with compassion, empathy, humor and tangible, forthright feedback. I strive for clients to feel more empowered and less alone on their journey to wellness.

I specialize in working with young adults/adults navigating difficult life transitions or experiencing occupational/interpersonal stressors, individuals struggling with shaming critical narratives, feelings of unworthiness, setting healthy boundaries, and those looking to understand and shift detrimental patterns of behavior developed in response to trauma.

This cohesive process group includes young adults (30s) who are coping with a wide variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, work-stress, relationship issues, and family conflict. Through positive peer support, empathetic feedback, access to diverse perspectives and the normalization of symptoms and experiences, group members feel less alone while working through challenges and concerns. Within this safe and non-judgmental environment, clients gain self-awareness, increase insight, learn to cope in healthier ways and expand their support network.
