Young Adult Process Group (Thursday Bi-weekly)
GROUP IS AT CAPACITY. This cohesive process group includes young adults (30s) who are coping with a wide variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, work-stress, relationship issues, and family conflict. Through positive peer support, empathetic feedback, access to diverse perspectives and the normalization of symptoms and experiences, group members feel less alone while working through challenges and concerns. Within this safe and non-judgmental environment, clients gain self-awareness, increase insight, learn to cope in healthier ways and expand their support network.

Young Adult Men’s Process Group
This men’s process group is for young adults (20s-30s) experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-confidence and feelings of loneliness. Recurring themes also include romantic stressors, difficult family dynamics, trauma, substance use, managing work stress/professional burnout, establishing appropriate boundaries, developing supportive friendships and navigating complex interpersonal relationships. Within this safe and non-judgmental environment, clients receive tangible feedback on ways to challenge negative core-beliefs and replace shaming/critical inner dialogues with more compassionate narratives. Access to diverse perspectives helps members increase self-awareness, improve insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and expand their support network.
