Among these, modern psychoanalysis stands out as a pivotal evolution, offering a gentler, more adaptable approach to understanding and treating the complexities of the human psyche.
My advanced training is deeply rooted in the principles of various psychoanalytic approaches, with a particular emphasis on modern psychoanalysis. This approach empowers me to address a broad spectrum of psychological and emotional challenges, assisting clients in breaking free from the constraints of distressing feelings and symptoms.
I use "emotional vaccines" to incrementally prepare clients to better face future challenges. My therapy approach combines professional insight with a practical, humorous style, creating a welcoming environment. This method encourages self-empowerment and may reduce reliance on medications.
