I am a trauma informed therapist. I use interventions such as EMDR, Polyvagal Theory and Trauma-Focused CBT. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and I’m passionate about advocating for those who are not in every room. I also have had additional training and experience working with little ones as young as 5 years old.
