Are you exhausted from repeating the same patterns? Constantly questioning your own reactions to situations? Or maybe you're carrying trauma that still lives in your body and don't know how to feel 'unstuck'? Therapy can help you move from survival to stability. I work with adults navigating relational trauma, intimate partner violence, substance use, and complex relationship dynamics. Many are functioning on the outside but internally managing anxiety, shame, hypervigilance, or selfdoubt. Together, we slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build practical, sustainable change.

My approach integrates EMDR, somatic-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address both the cognitive and physiological impacts of trauma. This means we don’t just talk about what happened, but we also help your nervous system process it. I am also trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and am Certified Addiction Informed.

Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded. We will work together to build insight, strengthen boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and make intentional choices that align with who you want to be.... not just who you’ve had to be.
