I believe that at various times in life everyone experiences a challenge, when their way of coping isn't working the way it usually does. I work with anyone from ages 5 and up, with 15 years of experience. I work with a lot Mothers and children who are adjusting to the changes in day to day life. I specialize in counseling related to depression, anxiety, parenting, career, stress, aging, grief, and adjusting to changes. I value helping clients lead well-balanced and healthier lives.
