I believe that at various times in life everyone experiences a challenge, when their way of coping isn't working the way it usually does. I am passionate about supporting people who want to improve their lives. This is why I started Oak Counseling 10 years ago. Our Therapists work with anyone from ages 3 and older, use a number of different evidence-based treatment approaches and have many years of experience. We pride ourselves in being responsive and supportive. We accept most insurances and have locations in Leesburg, Manassas and Fairfax. We look forward to helping you or a loved one on a journey toward improvement.
Life can be challenging at various times across the lifespan, but we are here to support you in improving your quality of life. We specialize in counseling related to depression, anxiety, parenting, career, stress, aging, grief, and adjusting to changes (to name a few). We value helping clients lead well-balanced and healthier lives amongst difficulties.
My practice also provides collaboration with other clinicians specializing in mental health. We provide support for people coping with life's stressors. All of the Therapists that work with me, value the same things that I base my practice on.
