I specialize in working with adults dealing with a multitude of issues including: complex trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders (DID), self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, interpersonal communication, adjustment/transitions and spirituality exploration. I feel it's important for my clients to feel safe and empowered as I walk alongside them on their journey to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), IFS, Person-Centered and Supportive Therapy in my practice. I have been working as a therapist for 14 years, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Counselor Supervisor with the North Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners.
