I work with women who are navigating life transitions, healing from relationship wounds, and rediscovering who they are beyond societal expectations.
Many of my clients are recovering from people-pleasing, stepping out of eldest-daughter roles, or exploring who they are outside of expectations around relationships, marriage, parenthood, and gender roles. Together, we'll help you reconnect with your voice, values, and sense of self.
I’m an art therapist and fellow eldest daughter who knows what it’s like to put yourself on the backburner. I encourage my clients to step into their power, set boundaries, and untangle how society has shaped them. Together, we cut through conditioning, heal old wounds, and strengthen your relationship with yourself.
