Antidote Wellness is about empowering individuals in a targeted, solution-focused manner through therapy and guided wellness. I prefer a comprehensive approach that addresses one’s spiritual, physical, and mental health, and I relish the opportunity to define in consult with clients what that means to them so they may live a life of fulfilling intention.
I believe that self-actualization is everyone’s destiny, not just for the affluent or those that have marquee insurance. Therefore, I have priced my sessions at roughly half the cost of my peers. Providers deserve to be remunerated for their expertise, yet this is the cost structure that most closely aligns with my values.
