As an EMDR trained clincian with advanced training in perinatal and post partum mental health, I support individuals, couples and families of all ages find the relief and connection they are searching for. Drawing from an array of modalities-EMDR, CBT, Gottman Method-I help client's unravel old stories that no longer serve them and help them write a new one.
