My practice is guided by a whole person perspective, supporting individuals in healing their mental and emotional space.
I specialize in helping others overcome challenges, such as depression, anxiety and complex trauma. I implement creative, holistic and mindful interventions to meet each individual's personal goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults and am trained in addiction, conflict resolution and restorative approaches to treatment.
