I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, co- dependency, substance use disorders, self esteem/confidence building and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am trained in DBT, CBT, and ACT. I have worked in the mental health field for several years in residential, outpatient, hospital, and clinical settings.
