My aim as your counselor is to provide a non-judgmental space where you feel heard & validated. Through safe, nurturing connection, I aim to help you find tools that work to empower you. I work with clients from age 13+, and have experience working with older adults (60+), as well as being an advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, & stalking. Whether you're struggling with depression/mood disorders, trauma, health conditions, anxiety, relationship issues, or navigating the neurodivergent experience, I would love to help you tap into your strengths & resources to access greater healing and wholeness.
My approach is trauma-informed & draws on psychodynamic & somatic perspectives, emphasizing healthy attachment, emotional experiencing, & mindfulness, as well as principles of the Polyvagal theory, with the goal of engaging the mind-body connection and building greater resilience and system-wide regulation - which can help you feel better!
