I specialize in treating clients for anxiety, self-esteem, life-transitions and adjustments, and chronic health/chronic pain conditions. I am a trained Anti-oppression Informed Practitioner through NASW Ohio, and practice through a holistic, humanistic, trauma-responsive, gender-affirming, feminist, anti-racist, and liberation focused lens.
I am passionate about educating clients on how stress & trauma are stored in our body, and empowering them with effective, holistic techniques. We mutually work together toward effective management of overwhelming, and at times debilitating, symptoms. I often see clients after they have tried multiple other interventions without success.
