Rooted in person-centered and relational-cultural therapy philosophies, I take a holistic, strengths-based approach using a conversational style.
I consistently tailor my approach to each unique client; however, I am naturally drawn to Narrative, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic interventions.
