What an intense couple of years it has been! As events have coursed by many of us have experienced more anxiety and uncertainty than before. I have always enjoyed working with people in transition, whether it be new parents or someone changing careers- and nowadays more people are at a crossroads. I love working with clients who are hoping for a more authentic, joyful future and are looking for ways to get there. If you're imagining a life with more confidence and less anxiety, more self-compassion and less self-criticism, more joy and less depression, more motivation and less fear then I would love to help move you down that path.
Going through something challenging exacerbates pre-existing anxiety or depression, as well as bringing up old patterns of how you tend to respond to stress. If you've panicked or shut down in the past, you're more likely to do so now. EMDR, mindfulness, and self-compassion unlock those old habits, giving you freedom to respond in more adaptive ways.
If you are struggling to relate to yourself and to others in a meaningful way, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed- I would love to work with you. My greatest joy is helping clients feel seen and hopeful while we work through messy belief systems, challenging relationships, and nerd out about emotional wellness.
