I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 23 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults address their unique challenges and learn to live healthy, fulfilled lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, major life transitions, and substance use issues.
I completed my Master’s degree in Social Work at the Joint Masters' Program of North Carolina A & T State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and techniques from DBT and ACT.
