My passion for psychology began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Personal experiences with mental health have deeply shaped my understanding of how our thoughts, feelings, and experiences impact our well-being, especially in relation to trauma.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to create a compassionate, empathetic space. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect, where you are the driver of your journey, and I am here to walk alongside you.
