I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for overall well-being and healthy functioning throughout life. I have been providing therapy services for six years, specializing in trauma treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to trauma treatment, I work with clients to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, and other forms of emotional dysregulation.
My approach is collaborative and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). We work together to explore and identify healthy coping strategies and challenge and reframe thoughts, resulting in positive changes in behavior that support overall emotional well-being.
