I focus on childhood trauma, attachment styles, (IFS) internal family systems, DBT, EMDR informed and T-F CBT. Working with couples is a passion of mine as there can be many communication errors or past childhood experiences that are blocking your relationship from full potential blooming. I also work with, OCD, ADHD, Anxiety/Depression, Families and Teens.
Amanda has a love for all walks of life and provides a safe atmosphere yet challenges others to live out a healthy and healed life. Amanda has worked in the Functional Medicine field for the last 6 years where she has helped women of chronic illness, surgical menopause, thyroid illness and variety of hormonal imbalances.
So many people go through life without having experienced true "empathy", Too many people encounter "sympathy". I long to met you where you are in your journey and be present with my clients.
