I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to improve their emotional health. I have experience working with clients who present with anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, addictions, neurological differences, family conflict, marital preparation, parenting skills, and other mental health needs.
I approach therapy from the perspective that the individual is the expert on their life. I offer skills to improve communication and emotional stability. I offer skills from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities.
I am an open-minded, laid-back person with a client-centered approach. The client must be able to make the growth in themselves that they are seeking to make. I am here to act as a sounding board and to offer insight and skills that may help you to better manage your mental health, your relationships, and your self-care skills.
