I integrate both, body-based approaches such as Somatic Experiencing and traditional talk therapy modalities, that are tailored to your individual needs. I can also help you address unhealthy sleep patterns with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
I find the Japanese pottery concept of kintsugi; the art of repairing broken items with gold or silver, a beautiful framework for therapy.
