I am deeply committed to client care, and as someone in recovery myself, helping others navigate addiction and mental health challenges has become my life’s purpose. I use a strengths-based approach grounded in positive psychology, combined with empathy, authenticity, and clinical insight. My focus is on supporting individuals struggling with addiction, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and the wide-reaching impact these issues have on daily life.

I specialize in addiction, mental health, and recovery, —working with women, men, and teens. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they pursue healing, growth, and transformation.
