After experiencing a life-altering trauma that reshaped my sense of safety, security, and hope, I found restoration—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—through the care of a wise and compassionate therapist. That journey not only brought healing but helped clarify my calling: to walk with others toward wholeness and renewed purpose.
With over 20 years of experience in youth ministry, I returned to school, graduated in May '24, and in December '24 received my associate license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I offer a nurturing and faith-affirming space for children, teens, couples, families, and individuals seeking restoration.
I am trained in basic ART and use CPT, evidence-based therapies for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional distress. These approaches help clients reprocess painful memories and find healing. While I honor and respect each person’s beliefs, I also offer the option to integrate faith into the therapeutic process for those who desire a Christian perspective.
