I ask that all my clients come to therapy as authentic themselves as possible, and I will do the same. I am a flawed human who continues to work on my own stuff, while providing the place and space for you to grow. I encourage you to show up for yourself and as yourself. Nothing is off limits or too much to talk about! You are accepted here. I enjoy working with adult women and those in helping professions (educators, nurses, etc.) working through depression, anxiety, navigating adulthood, illness/cancer, relationship issues, adjustment stress and balancing roles. I believe therapy should be helpful and enjoyable.
I am a firm believer that everyone deserves space and has a place in the world. I have a passion for helping women and coming alongside them as they navigate the road to a more balanced and healthy life. I will help you to gain insight, learn new ways to cope and handle some bumpy roads. I approach therapy in a non-judgmental, humor welcomed way.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington state and have 14 years experience. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University (Go Cougs!)
