Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! I’m a dedicated Play therapist & Registered Sand Therapist. I specialize in supporting children, teenagers and young adults who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family conflicts, behavioral issues, OCD, ADHD and peer relationships. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can feel seen and heard. Through collaboration, my goal is to empower children, teens and young adults to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Through play therapy and trauma-informed approaches, including sand therapy and EMDR techniques, I help children express themselves, process their experiences, and build resilience. For teenagers and young adults, I provide a supportive space for them to explore their identity, work through challenges, and engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
