I am very passionate about helping people and empowering individuals and families to make positive changes in their lives. I have experience treating a variety of mental and behavioral health issues in addition to what I specialize in.
I utilize a strength based approach as well as trauma informed care with each of my individual clients and families. In addition, I believe in being client centered and will use a variety of evidenced based approaches, depending on the specific needs of the individual client or family.
