About
As humans, we are hard-wired for connection. Our relationships shape beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world around us. These core beliefs influence our inner world (thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations) and our interactions with others. I help my clients understand how negative core beliefs influence their lives and relationships. I also help my clients through difficulties related to couples conflict, depression, anxiety, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, chronic illness, identity, self-worth, and more.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, I specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages (including children and adolescents). I strive to help my clients navigate the social and emotional challenges inherent to being human. I primarily use attachment and emotion-based therapy models to guide the treatment process.
I understand that coming in to therapy takes a great deal of courage. As such, I take care in creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and valued. Whatever you need to work through, I'm here to help!
