Sessions are held in a comforting and compassionate environment and individualized for your expressed needs. I welcome clients ages 14 and up and specialize in supporting clients and/or the families of those who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders, addiction, codependency, anxiety, and depression.
Some of the specific methodologies I employ include therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy.
