I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and emotional dysregulation in children and adults. Since 2002, I have worked with children, families, and adults in community agencies, outpatient clinics, college counseling centers, and in-home therapy.
I have an eclectic counseling style drawing influences from a variety of theoretical models such as Cognitive Behavioral, Play Therapy, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Jungian, Gestalt, etc. I take a holistic approach in treating the whole person teaching mindfulness techniques and other coping skills.
