I specialize in working with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD! I’m passionate about helping my clients understand how their brain functions & where the obstacles they’ve been struggling with come from so we can collaborate on how best to alleviate those obstacles & get them ‘feelenright’!
I typically work with kids (ages 10+) into adulthood & I have a real passion for helping my female-identifying clients understand how the anxiety/depression they’ve been experiencing for years may actually be undiagnosed ADHD & how we can work together to help reduce the shame that’s accumulated from years of masking!
