I specialize in helping adults and teens heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. Maybe you’re having trouble eating enough because of anxiety or a longing to be thin. Maybe you’re using food to cope with life transitions, loss, or trauma. Maybe you’re so committed to your exercise routine that you’re skipping social events or losing sleep. Maybe your pursuit of an “ideal” body has become an obsession. Whatever your struggles with eating, weight, or body image, I can help. I also have expertise in treating depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, perfectionism, codependency, and post-traumatic stress.
I received my psychology training at Princeton University, Emory University, and Weill-Cornell Medical Center. Prior to becoming a Floridian, I worked at the Columbia Center for Eating Disorders in New York City, and I most recently served as Clinical Director of an eating disorders treatment center in West Palm Beach.
My approach to psychotherapy applies the most effective treatment methods to your unique needs. Together we will discover what is holding you back from health and happiness and set out on the path to freedom.
