I have over 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages, including older adults. I have worked in outpatient behavioral health clinics, hospitals, community resource agencies, and hospice/skilled care settings.
I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, caregiver burnout, self-esteem issues, illness, and more. The greatest joy I have as a therapist is helping clients make changes in their lives that can bring peace, contentment, resolution, and improve self-confidence.
