Many people carry the emotional impact of trauma long after the event itself has passed. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, PTSD, and relational distress connected to past trauma, including childhood experiences, relationship trauma, and the psychological impact of serious or terminal illness.
My goal is to help clients move beyond survival patterns and develop greater stability, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
