I am present with you in the messiness of life, while also providing you with new tools when possible. I work with individuals around pregnancy/postpartum, trauma (past abuse, dangerous childhoods, sexual assault, witnessing violence, and more), grief/loss, anxiety, relationship patterns and identity. I also help couples who have a respectful, loving relationship but are feeling stuck or are going through a difficult circumstance/transition.
I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and am here to help moms, dads and couples as they navigate the transition to parenthood. We are often unprepared for the difficulties and vulnerabilities that come with this transition - I am here to be a part of your support team during pregnancy and/or postpartum.
