Life is hard, but no one tells you what kind of hard it will be. Whatever hard things are happening in your life: stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship struggles, women's issues, and life transitions- they are important and welcome here. I also focus on supporting those living with grief. Regardless of the source of your loss - death, infertility, miscarriage, or conceptual loss because of a move, divorce, job loss, or a future that didn't materialize the way you thought it would, your grief is valid and worthy of consideration.
My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you feel heard and understood. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you—I meet you where you are. Using an existential lens and CBT, we’ll explore your stressors, understand your thought patterns, and work to process and create meaning behind your experiences.
Healing happens when your story is explored with honesty, compassion, and support. My goal is to provide a space for that healing and help you move toward greater clarity, growth, and peace. Taking steps toward healing can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone—I’m here when you’re ready to talk.
