I started working in the mental healthcare field in community-based settings such as outpatient clinics and residential programs. I was drawn to this work by a desire to help people feel seen, supported, and encouraged, especially during their most vulnerable moments. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and also support clients facing life transitions, grief, panic attacks, stress, and relationship challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. I tailor each session to meet the client’s unique goals and needs. I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where clients feel safe and empowered in their mental health journey.
I’m certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR, and have completed training in suicide risk assessment, which helps ensure a foundation of safety and trust in my work.
