I believe we are all born with a multitude of inner gifts. Modern life often devalues or buries these gifts under stress, anxiety, trauma and depression. If you are here right now, then you may be struggling. I know this takes courage and I am so glad you are here! My life’s passion is to help others grow through life, achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan in (re)discovering their inner gifts.
My approach is multifaceted because YOU are multifaceted. My work conceptualizes your unique gifts, personality, lifestyle, and current circumstances. From there I utilize evidence-based approaches to your specific situation. I view clients from a whole person perspective to identify disharmony and help you lead a more abundant life!
No matter your goals, I will join you in a compassionate, non-judgmental partnership to help you gain the clarity you need to achieve your goals and live a more abundant life.
