I have a passion for working with children, teens, and families. I look forward to helping you, your child, or your family heal, grow, and flourish. Parenting can be difficult. Especially parenting children who experience trauma, mental health, ADHD, etc. I enjoy working with children and teens to build coping skills, develop resiliency, and learn and implement emotion regulation skills, thus improving behaviors and interactions. I am experienced in helping individuals and families foster growth and change personally and professionally.
I have 15 years of experience of providing services and coaching to parents, children, and adolescents. I use evidenced-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have an extensive history in providing trauma-based servcies.
