Through my practice, I specialize in addressing various challenges including, but not limited to, women's issues, depression, anxiety, parenting struggles, low self-esteem, trauma, survivors of domestic violence, and grief.

My approach integrates Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Problem Solving, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. By combining these modalities, I aim to support each individual in identifying and achieving their personal goals.
