First off, I love what I do. I believe in counseling and have seen what it can do to change lives both personally and professionally. I believe in solution-focused approaches to help you with what you are facing through a wide variety of evidenced based therapeutic modalities.

Currently serving the military community, first responders, law enforcement, and general population for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships utilizing evidence-based practices.
